Kidz Come First Breakfast Club, After School Club & Holiday Club Space
We worked with Kidz Come First at Brookfields Primary School in Birmingham, part of the Create Partnership Trust, to create a fun and exciting wraparound childcare space. Together, we agreed that a 17m² log cabin with a 3m storage extension would best suit their requirements. The cabin is now a fun and exciting base for breakfast club, afterschool club as well as holiday club for 25 KS1 children. With the optional extension, they have plenty of storage space for crafts and games, as well as for children’s belongings. Instead of borrowing classrooms or halls, the cabin creates a purpose-built setting just for wraparound care, giving children a safe, inspiring environment to start and end their school day.
"At Kidz Come First, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and supported to grow. Our values are rooted in care, creativity, and community, ensuring that children are not only cared for, but also encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning through play. We are equally committed to equipping children with essential life skills that will support them well into adulthood, helping them build strong foundations for their future." - Natalie Johnson, Childcare Manager
